It is important that you read these terms and conditions ("terms of sale") carefully before ordering products from the TuaMea Jewelry website. Your purchase of products via the TuaMea Jewelry website will be subject to the terms of sale. By ordering products, you agree to be bound by the terms of sale.
1: About these terms of sale
These terms of sale apply to all orders and purchases made via the TuaMea Jewelry website. TuaMea Jewelry may revise these terms of sale from time to time. Any changes to the terms of sale will apply on or after the date the revised terms of sale are published. You are advised to check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
TuaMea Jewelry ApS offers products for sale via the TuaMea Jewelry website to consumer customers. TuaMea Jewelry reserves the right not to fulfill orders placed by non-consumers or by individuals who do not comply with these terms.
Regarding purchases made by you via the TuaMea Jewelry website, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will normally communicate with you electronically via email using the email address provided to TuaMea Jewelry when you place an order. You can still contact us using one of the methods mentioned in section 17 (Contact Information) below or by using the contact details on the TuaMea Jewelry website.

2. Your account
If you create an account (personal user ID or username) on the TuaMea Jewelry website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your password.
By creating an account, you agree to take responsibility for all activities and purchases made under your account, unless these activities or purchases are carried out by an unauthorized third party who has accessed your account other than due to your negligence or carelessness.
TuaMea Jewelry gives no guarantee that the TuaMea Jewelry website or your account will be error-free or secure from errors or viruses. You are responsible for your own information technology and security, and you should use your own antivirus software. Please inform us immediately if your account or payment information is lost or stolen. If we become concerned about the security of your account, we may block access and use.
3. Placing an Order
To be able to purchase products, you must:
• read and accept these terms of sale;
• provide your name and address, telephone number, email address, payment details, and other necessary information;
• be legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and
• be the owner or authorized holder of a valid debit/credit card, gift card, or Apple Pay account (see section 6 (Payment) for details of the payment methods accepted on the TuaMea Jewelry website).
You can place an order by clicking the "ADD TO BAG" button and proceeding to the payment page.
On the payment page, you will have the opportunity to review your orders, read and accept these terms and conditions of sale, check the total price of your orders and the information you have provided, and correct any input errors before confirming your orders.
You must check and ensure that your delivery address is correct before placing your order, as it may not be possible to change your address before the order is dispatched. Please see section 4 (Order Processing) below, which deals with this in more detail.
4. Order Processing and Contract Formation
When you have placed your order(s) using the TuaMea Jewelry website, TuaMea Jewelry will send you an email confirming receipt of your order(s) ("Order Receipt Confirmation") and providing details of the product(s) ordered.
TuaMea Jewelry ApS may not always be able to accept your order, and TuaMea Jewelry ApS may choose not to accept your order at its sole discretion. For example, there may be (without limitation) pricing errors, insufficient stock, unusual orders, or orders that TuaMea Jewelry ApS suspects were not placed in good faith. There may also be unexpected events beyond our control, meaning we may not be able to fulfill your order.
If your order is not accepted, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will inform you by email, and if payment has already been received, you will be fully refunded for any amounts paid to TuaMea Jewelry ApS for that order.
After receiving your order(s), TuaMea Jewelry ApS will check that the relevant product(s) are in stock. A sales contract for TuaMea Jewelry between you and TuaMea Jewelry ApS, which will be subject to these terms and conditions of sale, will only be formed when TuaMea Jewelry ApS sends you an email confirming that all or part of the product(s) are still available and have been dispatched ("Shipping Confirmation").
The contract is concluded when TuaMea Jewelry ApS sends the shipping confirmation to you at the email address provided with your order. Please contact TuaMea Jewelry ApS if you have not received your shipping confirmation within 72 hours after placing your order.
A contract for the sale of products will only concern the products whose shipment has been confirmed in the shipping confirmation. TuaMea Jewelry ApS is not obligated to deliver other products that may have been part of your order until the shipment of such products has been confirmed in a separate shipping confirmation.
In the order confirmation, you will receive a copy of these terms of sale, but you are encouraged to download, save, and/or print a copy of your order confirmation and these terms of sale for your records.
If you wish to change or cancel your order before you have received your shipping confirmation, you must contact TuaMea Jewelry ApS as soon as possible using one of the methods listed in section 17 (Contact Information) or as otherwise indicated in the order receipt confirmation. It may not be possible to change or cancel your order or prevent shipment of the products due to the speed at which orders are processed. If TuaMea Jewelry ApS is unable to change or cancel your order and the Products are shipped to you, you have the option to either refuse to accept delivery, in which case the Products will be returned to TuaMea Jewelry ApS, or accept delivery and then return the Products to TuaMea Jewelry ApS in accordance with section 12 (Refunds and Returns).
Once you have received your shipping confirmation, it will be too late to prevent the products from being sent to you. If you wish to cancel your order after this time, please see section 12 (Returns and Refunds) below.
Prices, shipping and handling, fees and taxes
The price charged for a product is the price applicable at the time your order is placed, and it will be stated in the order confirmation and in your shipping confirmation. All prices are paid in Danish currency (DKK).
In the event of a pricing error, whether on the TuaMea Jewelry website or in an order confirmation or otherwise, you agree that TuaMea Jewelry ApS has the right to correct such an error and charge the correct price or cancel the order. If the actual price is higher than the amount shown on your order confirmation, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will notify you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed with the order or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, or if we do not receive a response from you, your order will be canceled and any amounts you have paid to TuaMea Jewelry ApS for the Products will be refunded. If you do not wish to proceed with your order, your only remedy in the event of such a pricing error is to cancel your order.
You acknowledge that even after TuaMea Jewelry ApS has sent you the shipping confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mistake, TuaMea Jewelry ApS is not obligated to deliver the relevant Product(s) to you at the incorrect price.
Prices for the products include VAT and/or other applicable taxes but do not include fees for shipping and handling. Separate fees for shipping and handling.
Prices for products and for shipping and handling may change at any time, but changes will generally not affect orders for which we have already sent you a shipping confirmation (except in the case of an obvious pricing error as described above).
6. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the methods you selected during the purchase process (such as VISA, MasterCard, PayPal).
Approved credit and payment card types are listed at checkout on the TuaMea Jewelry website. In the event that TuaMea Jewelry ApS does not receive the relevant authorization from your card or payment provider, TuaMea Jewelry ApS reserves the right to refuse your order.
For most payment methods, payment for your order, including all applicable taxes, shipping, and other fees, will be taken from the applicable card or payment service when TuaMea Jewelry ApS has sent you the shipping confirmation.
7. Delivery
You should allow up to 4 days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) weekdays for Denmark, and 4-10 weekdays for the rest of the world for express delivery (orders must be placed by 8:30 PM) for items in stock (check here for current delivery times). Delivery must in any case take place within 30 days after TuaMea Jewelry ApS has sent you the shipping confirmation. TuaMea Jewelry ApS reserves the right to substitute another carrier at the same or lower cost to deliver your order. The delivery options described above are the only shipping options available for sales via the TuaMea Jewelry website. TuaMea Jewelry ApS cannot accept special delivery requests that fall outside the scope of these two options.
If TuaMea Jewelry ApS cannot deliver your order within the deadline specified in your Shipping Confirmation, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will notify you as soon as possible. You may choose to cancel your order, in which case TuaMea Jewelry ApS will give you a full refund. If you choose not to cancel your order, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will strive to deliver your order within a reasonable period of 4-6 weeks.
If you unreasonably delay delivery or delay acceptance of delivery after TuaMea Jewelry ApS has informed you that the carrier has attempted to deliver the ordered goods to you, or if you have provided TuaMea Jewelry ApS with an incorrect delivery address resulting in a failed delivery, the delivery package will be returned to TuaMea Jewelry ApS, and your order will be refunded, and your full order will be refunded.
8. Events beyond TuaMea Jewelry ApS’s control
TuaMea Jewelry ApS cannot be held responsible for delay or failure to perform if the delay or failure is caused by an act, event, omission, accident, or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
civil unrest, riots, invasion, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
• strikes or lock-outs (or other industrial action);
• national or local states of emergency;
• interruption or failure of communication or transport facilities;
• power or electrical outages;
• failure of suppliers or subcontractors (except companies within the same group as TuaMea Jewelry ApS);
• earthquakes, fire, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, epidemic, or other natural disasters;
• the impossibility of using railways, shipping, air transport, motor transport, or other public or private means of transport;
• any government actions, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions.
Under such circumstances, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimize any delay. The timing of TuaMea Jewelry ApS's fulfillment of its obligations is considered extended for the period during which any of the above continues. If TuaMea Jewelry ApS is unable to fulfill your order due to circumstances beyond its control, or if there is a significant delay in our delivery of your order, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.
9. Product availability
TuaMea Jewelry ApS makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability of Products you order from the TuaMea Jewelry website. However, products are sold on a "first come, first served" basis and are only available while stocks last.
10. Compatibility, product information
Please be careful when placing your order to ensure that the products you purchase are compatible with the intended use. Please use the TuaMea Jewelry website as your final reference point when checking compatibility.
Images on the TuaMea Jewelry website may vary depending on your device's display quality. Although every effort is made to reproduce product images as accurately as possible, these images are for illustrative purposes only, and your products may differ from these images, for example in color, size, pattern, and texture. Product packaging may also differ from that shown in the images on the TuaMea Jewelry website.
If the products you have received do not match those you ordered, or if your delivery is incomplete or damaged during transport, please contact TuaMea Jewelry ApS via email.
11. Title to Products
Ownership of the Products only passes to you when TuaMea Jewelry ApS has received full payment for your order, including all taxes, shipping, and other fees. The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.
12. Returns and Refunds.
If you return products purchased from TuaMea Jewelry ApS, once TuaMea Jewelry ApS has received and validated any returned products, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will send you an email to confirm the validation. Your refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days after TuaMea Jewelry ApS emails you confirming receipt and validation of your returned product.
Please note that these extended return rights do not apply to outlet or sale products or to excluded products. This does not affect your rights under consumer law, including your right to return products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and your right to return defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
13. Complaint Access
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact mm@tuamea.com. If, contrary to expectations, we fail to find a solution, you can submit a complaint to the relevant board in the area, provided the conditions for this are met:

Cancellations under the Consumer Contract Provisions
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 ("Consumer Contracts Regulations"), you have a legal right to cancel your purchase during the withdrawal period. The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is entered into (when TuaMea Jewelry ApS will send you the shipping confirmation and continue until the end of 14 days from the day after you have received the product. This right of withdrawal applies to both sale and non-sale products but does not apply to excluded products as specified below. If the product has been shipped to you before you cancel the purchase, you must return the product to TuaMea Jewelry ApS within 14 days from the day after you cancel the order.
You can cancel your purchase by contacting TuaMea Jewelry ApS by email and TuaMea Jewelry ApS will confirm receipt by email. Alternatively, you can simply return your product to TuaMea Jewelry ApS, Kærsigvej 2, 5500 Middelfart, Denmark, within the 14-day period from the day after delivery, in which case your return will be treated as your notice of cancellation. When you return your products to TuaMea Jewelry ApS, please include your name, email address, order number, and order date to help TuaMea Jewelry ApS quickly identify your order.
Once TuaMea Jewelry ApS has received and validated your returned product, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will send you an email to confirm the validation. Any refund to you will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day TuaMea Jewelry ApS receives the product back from you or, if earlier, the day you provide TuaMea Jewelry ApS with evidence that you have sent the product back to TuaMea Jewelry ApS. If the product was not shipped to you, you will be refunded within 14 days after you have informed TuaMea Jewelry ApS of your decision to cancel the purchase. TuaMea Jewelry ApS will refund you using the same method you used to make the payment.
TuaMea Jewelry ApS is legally entitled to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the product's value if this is caused by your handling of it in a way that would not be permitted in a store. If TuaMea Jewelry ApS refunds the paid price before having the opportunity to inspect the product and later discovers that you have handled it in an unacceptable way or damaged it, you must pay TuaMea Jewelry ApS an appropriate amount.
Returns under the TuaMea Jewelry website's enhanced cancellation policy
In addition to your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the TuaMea Jewelry website, you may return non-sale products purchased from the TuaMea Jewelry website within 30 days of receiving the products for a refund.
Once TuaMea Jewelry ApS has received and validated any returned products, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will send you an email to confirm the validation. Your refund will be processed within 14 (fourteen) days after TuaMea Jewelry ApS' email to you confirms receipt and validation of your returned product.
Any product returned under TuaMea Jewelry ApS' enhanced cancellation policy must be in a new, unused, and resalable condition, and TuaMea Jewelry ApS reserves the right to refuse a refund if the product is returned damaged or shows signs of use or wear.
Please note that these extended return rights do not apply to sale products or excluded products. This does not affect your rights under consumer law, including your right to return products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and your right to return defective products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Excluded products
The TuaMea Jewelry website does not accept returns or exchanges of: products purchased from any stores.
Returning products that are defective or not as described
Please see section 14 (Consumer Warranty (Guarantee)) below for more information about your rights regarding Products that are defective or not as described.
If you need to return a product because you believe it is defective or not as described, but the deadline for returning the product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and If the TuaMea Jewelry website's enhanced cancellation policy (if applicable) has expired, you must contact TuaMea Jewelry ApS for further assistance before returning your product by regular mail to TuaMea Jewelry ApS.
Once you have returned your Product in accordance with our instructions, and your refund has been approved by TuaMea Jewelry ApS, TuaMea Jewelry ApS will refund the full product price.
14. Consumer Warranty (Guarantee)
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC RIGHTS. IT IS OFFERED AS AN ADDITIONAL BENEFIT TO YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW. YOU ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS UNDER THE LAW, WHICH MAY VARY FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
You can learn more about your legal rights and remedies by contacting your local consumer advice. In particular, the TuaMea Jewelry website has a legal obligation to supply products that conform to the contract made with you. Nothing in this warranty will replace or reduce any of your legal rights or remedies.
Products sold by the TuaMea Jewelry website include a warranty for products that are defective or not as described within the periods specified below for different product types:
• 2 years from the original purchase date for silver jewelry
• 2 years from the original purchase date for gold jewelry
1 year from the original purchase date for parts of products, leather, and cord items.
This means you can request a repair or replacement if the products prove to be defective or not as described within this period. TuaMea Jewelry ApS will repair your Product or replace it with a Product with identical or similar characteristics, except as stated below. TuaMea Jewelry ApS may at its discretion replace your
If the Product cannot be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time or without inconvenience, you may request a refund or price reduction. Refunds, if approved, will usually be made using the same payment method you originally used to pay for your purchase.
This warranty does not cover normal wear or damage caused by accidents, mishandling, misuse (such as impacts, dents, crushing, etc.).
Repairs (or attempts at repairs) of products other than those from TuaMea Jewelry ApS will void this warranty, regardless of whether the damage was caused by such repair or attempt at repair
If your product is repaired or replaced by TuaMea Jewelry ApS under this warranty, the new item will benefit from the remaining part of the warranty period (calculated from the date of the original purchase of the product). The period of this warranty is not extended, whether your product is repaired or replaced.
15. Liability
TuaMea Jewelry ApS guarantees to you that any product purchased from the TuaMea Jewelry website is of satisfactory quality and suitable for all the purposes for which products of the same kind are normally supplied.
TuaMea Jewelry ApS is only liable for foreseeable loss and damage. TuaMea Jewelry ApS is not liable for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. HOWEVER, NOTHING IN THESE TERMS OF SALE AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF TuaMea Jewelry ApS SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PURCHASE OF THE APPLICABLE PRODUCTS PLUS DELIVERY FROM THE TuaMea Jewelry WEBSITE.
16. Severability
If any provision of these terms of sale is found to be illegal, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be considered separable (deleted) from these terms of sale, and this will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

18. Transfer of rights and obligations to another person or organization
These terms of sale are binding on you and TuaMea Jewelry ApS. They will also be binding on any person or organization to whom TuaMea Jewelry ApS may assign its rights and obligations.
You may not assign or otherwise dispose of your contract with TuaMea Jewelry ApS, or any of your rights or obligations arising from it, without the prior written consent of TuaMea Jewelry ApS.
TuaMea Jewelry ApS may at any time assign or otherwise dispose of a contract with you, or assign any of TuaMea Jewelry ApS's rights or obligations arising from it. If you have an outstanding order with TuaMea Jewelry ApS at the time of such disposal or transfer, you will be contacted by TuaMea Jewelry ApS, and you may cancel your outstanding order if you do not wish to continue.
19. Third Party Rights
Apart from TuaMea Jewelry ApS, any person who is not a party to the contract between you and TuaMea Jewelry ApS is not entitled to enforce any of its terms.
20. Intellectual property rights
The content on the TuaMea Jewelry website, including all jewelry designs, copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights it contains, including the name TuaMea Jewelry, is solely the property of TuaMea Jewelry ApS or its licensors.
21. Data protection
TuaMea Jewelry ApS strongly believes in protecting users' privacy and personal data. All personal data collected and processed by TuaMea Jewelry ApS is governed by its privacy policy. Please read TuaMea Jewelry ApS's privacy policy for further information on how TuaMea Jewelry ApS processes personal data collected from users of the TuaMea Jewelry website.
22. Waiver
If TuaMea Jewelry ApS at any time fails to insist that you comply with your obligations under these Terms of Sale, or if TuaMea Jewelry ApS does not exercise any of its rights under these Terms of Sale, this does not constitute a waiver of such rights and does not mean you are free to ignore your obligations. TuaMea Jewelry ApS may still require you to comply at a later time.
23. Entire agreement
These terms of sale and any document we have referred to in them (including via hyperlink) represent the entire agreement between TuaMea Jewelry ApS and you and take precedence over any other prior agreement or statement made to you, whether oral or written.
You acknowledge that by entering into a contract with TuaMea Jewelry ApS, you have not relied on any statement or promise made by TuaMea Jewelry ApS or anyone else, except as set out in these terms of sale.
24. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms of sale and your purchase of products from TuaMea Jewelry ApS through the TuaMea Jewelry website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Sale or your purchase of Products from TuaMea Jewelry ApS (including non-contractual disputes or claims) is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
25. IMPORTANT: This section only applies to customers residing outside the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
If you shop from countries other than these, we offer VAT-exempt purchases, which means local VAT is deducted. Please note that if you have selected the correct delivery destination (top left corner when browsing on a computer), prices are already shown without VAT.
For the USA, "tax" and import duties are excluded from the price when you reach 'Cart' and 'Checkout'.
For customs processing, UPS will act as an intermediary to collect applicable customs duties and VAT/taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for covering these costs.
Our customer service is ready to assist, but for detailed inquiries about customs regulations and import duties, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
